Jeanie’s Chicken Salad

4 Glazed chicken Breasts: Boil Chicken breasts in lightly salted water until very tender.
You may also take a short cut and use a roasted chicken (no skin please) Chop chicken into bite size pieces.

Fold in all ingredients below:

Mayo w/Olive Oil  (too much will make it mushy)
1 Celery Stalk (finely chopped, no strings)
1 Small Chopped apple (small bites)
1 Small Can Pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 Small Can Mandarin Oranges
Small Amt. of Pealed Sweet Grapes (cut in half)
Chopped Pecans (as you please)

Serve on Romaine lettuce leaves, crackers, yellow squash, tomatoes, or whatever you fancy.
